2 tsp. oil
1 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
3 cups frozen corn
1 tomato, seeded, chopped
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp. each chili powder and dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. fresh lime juice

How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add zucchini; cook and stir 3 min. or until lightly browned.
Add corn, tomatoes, ketchup and seasonings; mix well.
Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Stir in onions and lime juice.

For a touch of heat, add 1 chopped jalapeño pepper to hot oil in skillet along with the zucchini.
