3 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. chili oil
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. ground Sichuan peppercorns
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 carrot, cut into thin matchlike sticks
1 stalk celery, cut diagonally into thin slices
1 small yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 lb. (225 g) thin wheat noodles, uncooked
2 sprigs fresh coriander (cilantro)

Step 1
Mix first 7 ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm. Heat oil in wok on medium-high heat. Add carrots, celery and peppers; stir-fry 2 min. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
Step 3
Place noodles in large serving bowl. Ladle broth mixture over noodles; top with vegetables and coriander.
