1-1/2 lb. (675 g) rainbow trout fillets
1/3 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup finely chopped peeled English cucumbers
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Place fish in single layer in parchment-lined pan. Mix next 4 ingredients. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture; brush remaining onto fish.
Bake 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, combine reserved dressing mixture and remaining ingredients.
Serve fish topped with vegetable mixture.
