2 unpeeled fresh pineapple slices, 1/2 inch thick
2 large fresh jalapeño peppers
1 large orange pepper
2 Tbsp. Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Grill pineapple and peppers 7 to 8 min. or until pineapple is lightly browned and peppers are charred on all sides, turning occasionally.
Place peppers in bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Let stand 20 min.
Remove and discard charred skins from peppers. Cut peppers in half; remove and discard seeds. Cut peels and cores from pineapple slices; discard.
Chop peppers and pineapple finely; place in medium bowl. Add dressing and cilantro; mix well.

Substitute 1 drained 14-fl oz/398-mL can pineapple rings for the fresh pineapple slices.
