What do I need ?

4 cups peeled, pitted, finely chopped ripe mangos
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 cup Heinz Distilled White Vinegar
2 limes
7 cups sugar
2 pouches Certo Liquid Pectin

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Combine prepared mango, onions, peppers, coriander, garlic and vinegar into a large saucepan.
Step 2
Grate rind and squeeze juice from limes. Add to mango mixture.
Step 3
Add sugar and mix well.
Step 4
Place saucepan over high heat. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Immediately stir in liquid fruit pectin.
Step 6
Stir and skim foam for 5 minutes to prevent floating fruit.
Step 7
Pour quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4 inch from rim.
Step 8
Seal while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centers.
