1/4 cup KRAFT Catalina Dressing
2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. (450 g) extra-firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 green onions, finely chopped

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Add tofu; toss to evenly coat.
Thread tofu onto 8 skewers.
Grill 15 min., turning after 8 min. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs for the tofu, grilling 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
Serve as dippers with your favourite Kraft Dressing, such as Rancher's Choice, Creamy Caesar or Crumbled Blue Cheese.
Serve with hot steamed rice and cooked broccoli.
