4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/3 cup pickled jalapeño slices, divided
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded Tex-Mex cheese blend
1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered

Step 1
Cut lengthwise slit in thickest side of each chicken breast, being careful to not cut through to opposite side.
Step 2
Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag, and pour the dressing over the chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 to 30 min.
Step 3
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Chop enough pickled jalapeño slices to measure 2 Tbsp.; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese, shredded cheese and green chilies; mix well.
Step 4
Remove chicken from marinade; discard the bag and marinade. Spoon the cheese mixture into each of the chicken breasts, being careful not to overfill; secure with wooden toothpicks.
Step 5
Grill the chicken 8 to 10 min. per side or until done (165°F). Place on platter. Remove and discard toothpicks.
Step 6
Top chicken with tomatoes and remaining pickled jalapeño slices.
