2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
8 crêpes (8 inch)
1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese, divided

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually stir in milk; cook 6 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan; cook and stir 1 min. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Heat dressing in large skillet. Add garlic and spinach; cook and stir 3 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Spoon into colander; press spinach with back of spoon to remove excess liquid.
Step 4
Spoon 2 Tbsp. spinach mixture down centre of each crêpe; top with 2 Tbsp. each cheese sauce and shredded cheese. Roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining sauce and shredded cheese.
Step 5
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
