zest and juice from 1 lime
1 Tbsp. milk
1-1/2 tsp. honey
1 cup each tightly packed fresh spinach and Boston lettuce leaves
1 grapefruit, sectioned
1 cup strawberries, halved

How do I make it ?
Mix Miracle Whip, lime zest, juice, milk and honey until blended.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Add Miracle Whip mixture; mix lightly.

Substitute 1 navel orange for the grapefruit, and 1/2 cup dried cranberries for the halved strawberries.
