1 egg white
1 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs
2 green onions, finely chopped
15 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Whisk egg white in medium bowl until foamy. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Step 3
Stack 3 phyllo sheets, spraying each sheet with cooking spray before covering with additional sheets. Cover remaining phyllo sheets with plastic wrap until ready to use.
Step 4
Spread 1/5 of the spinach mixture along one short side of 1 phyllo stack, leaving 1/2-inch border on both long sides. Fold over border on both long sides, then roll up phyllo starting at one short side. Repeat with remaining phyllo and spinach mixture. Place, seam-sides down, on parchment-covered baking sheets; spray lightly with cooking spray. Use serrated knife to gently score top of each log into 6 pieces.
Step 5
Bake 25 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min. Transfer to cutting board; cut each log, along scored line, into 6 pieces to serve.

Make Ahead
Place all or some of the prepared logs in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. (Or wrap tightly in plastic wrap.) Freeze up to 3 months. Remove from freezer 30 min. before baking. Let stand at room temperature while heating oven to 375ºF. Bake as directed in recipe.

Note
Scoring the unbaked phyllo logs makes it easier to slice the baked logs.

Makeover - How We Did It
We took one of our favourite recipes and made it over by using light cream cheese product, substituting an egg white for the whole egg and spraying the phyllo sheets with cooking spray instead of brushing them with melted butter. These changes result in a savings of 20 calories and 3.5g of total fat, including 2.5g of saturated fat, per serving.
