3 cups spiralized zucchini
3 cups spiralized butternut squash
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 cup slivered red onions
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Heinz Distilled White Vinegar
1 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese

Step 1
Combine vegetables and beans in large bowl.
Step 2
Whisk oil, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard and honey until blended. Add to vegetable mixture; mix lightly.

Look for the spiralized vegetables in the fresh produce or frozen foods sections of your supermarket. Or if you have your own spiralizer, you can use it to cut 1 zucchini and 1/2 of a butternut squash into the cup measures of spiral "noodles" needed to prepare this satisfying salad.
