How do I make it ?
Select All
Step 1
Reserve 12 ham slices for later use. Finely chop remaining ham; mix with dressing and 2 Tbsp. cream cheese product until blended.
Step 2
Cut 1-1/2-inch-wide slices off 2 opposite sides of each tortilla; discard or reserve trimmed ends for another use. (See tip.)
Step 3
Spread remaining cream cheese product onto tortillas. Starting at one rounded side of each tortilla, place 6 olives, with pimento ends together, in vertical row on tortilla.
Step 4
Place 2 ham slices on centre of each topped tortilla, overlapping edges of slices as necessary to completely cover centre of tortilla. Spread chopped ham mixture onto ham slices; cover with spinach. Roll up tightly, starting at olive-topped sides. Wrap individually with plastic wrap.
Step 5
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 6
Cut each roll-up into 6 pieces before serving.
