1/4 cup Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 French bread loaf (350 g), split
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

How do I make it ?
Mix Sriracha sauce, butter and garlic until blended; brush onto cut sides of bread. Top with cheese.
Place, cut sides up, on baking sheet.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut each bread half into 8 slices.

Prepare using a whole wheat baguette or ciabatta loaf.
Serve with your favourite hot cooked pasta or hearty bowl of soup, and a crisp tossed salad.
Substitute 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese for the Parmesan cheese.
