1 cup Catelli Tomato & Basil Pizza Sauce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless beef strip loin steak, 1 inch thick
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup packed baby arugula

Step 1
Heat oven to 450ºF and heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spread crust with sauce; top with tomatoes, onions and garlic. Bake 10 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, grill steak 3 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Slice across grain. Top pizza with steak and shredded cheese.
Step 4
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Top with blue cheese and arugula.
