Cauliflower can be an easy side dish, but sometimes it can use a little help getting to "delicious". This recipe is the ultimate flavour boost for cauliflower, and it takes mere minutes to prepare in the microwave.

Step 1
PLACE 1 large whole cauliflower in microwaveable casserole dish; add 1/4 cup (50mL) water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH power for 10 minutes or until tender; let stand 5 minutes. Drain and serve with Tomato topping.
Step 2
TOPPING (Sundried Tomato & Oregano): Heat 1/4 cup (50mL) KRAFT Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing. Add 1 seeded and finely diced tomato, 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce and 1/2 tsp (2mL) each cumin and black pepper. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
