150 g lean ground chicken
2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup water
3 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1-1/2 tsp. dried goji berries, hydrated
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1/3 cup fresh coriander (cilantro)

How do I make it ?
Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add eggs, broth and water; whisk until well blended. Pour into 1.5- L round casserole dish, cover with foil.
Place in metal steamer filled with simmering water; cook on medium heat 20 min. or until eggs are set. Remove from heat.
Combine onions, soy sauce, garlic and berries in small bowl. Heat oil in small saucepan on high heat; stir into onion mixture. Pour over chicken mixture; top with coriander.

For a meatless version, omit the chicken.
How to Hydrate the Goji Berries
Place berries in bowl; cover with boiling water. Let stand 10 min. or until berries are plump. Drain, then use as directed.
