1 Tbsp. oil, divided
1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces
1 small onion, halved, sliced
1 red chili pepper, seeded, ribs removed, chopped
1/4 lb. (115 g) each button and king oyster mushrooms, halved
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
220 g lo mein or Shanghai noodles, cooked, drained

Step 1
Heat 1-1/2 tsp. oil in non-stick wok on high heat. Add pork; stir-fry 1 min. Remove pork from wok; set aside.
Step 2
Heat remaining oil in wok and reduce heat to medium-high heat. Add onion and chili pepper; stir-fry 3 min. Add mushrooms; stir-fry 4 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine dressing, honey and soy sauce until blended. Return meat to wok; stir-fry 1 min. Add dressing mixture; heat through. Serve with hot cooked noodles.
