1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken or for Turkey
2 cups milk
1 pkg. (175 g) smoked ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350°F.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; press onto bottom and up side of 10-inch deep-dish pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Gently pour into crust.
Bake 45 to 55 min. or until centre is set. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
