1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese , divided
1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped
3 Tbsp. green chilies, drained, finely chopped
1/4 cup hot water

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place stuffing mix in large bowl. Add eggs, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the tomatoes, chilies and water; mix well.
Step 2
Spoon into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan; smooth top with back of spoon. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Step 3
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into 6 slices to serve.
