Try this simple, saucy spin on a classic casserole. Leftover turkey and broccoli in a creamy sauce are topped with stuffing in our version of a turkey divan casserole.
What do I need ?
1 pkg (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
1 cup hot water
1 (10 oz/284 mL) can chicken soup
3\4 cup milk
1 pkg (300 g) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
6-8 slices cooked, leftover turkey

How do I make it ?
PREPARE stuffing mix, according to package directions, using 1 cup (250 mL) water. Set aside.
BLEND soup and milk; pour half into a lightly greased shallow baking dish. Add broccoli and turkey slices. Spoon remaining soup mixture evenly over top. Spoon prepared stuffing mix evenly over top of casserole.
