When did no-bake desserts become so simple? This chilled strawberry tart is luscious, fluffy, fruity and oh so easy.
What do I need ?
66 Nilla Vanilla Wafers
2 env. unflavoured gelatine
1/4 mL water
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup water
4 cups ripe strawberries, pureed
2 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?
LINE bottom and sides of 9 1/2" (24cm) flan pan with wafers. Overlap side wafers slightly to form a petal pattern. Reserve.
SPRINKLE gelatin over water and lemon juice in a saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes. Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Stir into strawberry puree and add lemon zest. Chill until mixture is thickened and mounds slightly.
FOLD in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill 3 -4 hours or until firm. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
