3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
6 Tbsp. butter
1 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup flour, divided
2/3 cup warm water
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
2 cups small strawberries, divided
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1 container (280 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Whipped Frosting

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Line with parchment; spray with additional cooking spray.
Step 3
Microwave chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add granulated sugar; mix well.
Step 4
Beat eggs in large bowl with mixer on high speed 2 min. Blend in chocolate mixture. Add baking soda and 1/4 cup flour; beat just until blended. Add remaining flour alternately with warm water, mixing well after each addition. Pour into prepared pan.
Step 5
Bake 15 min. or until top of cake springs back when touched in centre; sprinkle with icing sugar. Immediately invert cake onto clean towel; remove pan. Carefully peel off paper. Starting at one short side, roll up cake and towel together; cool completely on wire rack.
Step 6
Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Refrigerate 5 min. Meanwhile, reserve 1 cup strawberries; coarsely chop remaining strawberries.
Step 7
Add Cool Whip and chopped strawberries to pudding; stir gently until blended. Unroll cake; remove towel. Spread pudding mixture over cake, leaving 1-inch border around all sides. Reroll cake; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 8
Unwrap cake; place, seam side down, on platter. Spread with whipped frosting. Decorate with reserved strawberries as desired.
