1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
6 oz. (2/3 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated, divided
2 cups chopped strawberries

Step 1
Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Step 2
Reserve 1 Tbsp. chocolate for later use. Layer half each of the remaining chocolate, strawberries and pudding mixture in 6 parfait glasses; repeat layers.
Step 3
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 4
Sprinkle with remaining chocolate before serving.
