1-1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries, divided

1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
Reserve 1/2 cup strawberries; refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2
Combine remaining strawberries with pineapple, dry pudding mix, marshmallows and coconut in large bowl.
Step 3
Stir in Cool Whip.
Step 4
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 5
Top with reserved strawberries before serving.

How to Thaw the COOL WHIP
Place unopened tub of frozen Cool Whip Whipped Topping in the refrigerator. Refrigerate 4 hours or until completely thawed. Do not thaw Cool Whip in the microwave.
