Step 1
Cook nuts in skillet on medium heat 2 min. or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Stir in syrup; cook and stir 2 min. or until syrup is absorbed. Spread onto parchment-covered baking sheet; cool completely. Break up any large clusters.
Step 2
Combine spinach, arugula and berries in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
Step 3
Top with nuts and cheese.
