2-3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup strawberry jam
2 Tbsp. icing sugar

Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add molasses, vanilla and egg yolk; mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
Step 2
Divide dough in half. Roll each half into ball; flatten slightly into disk. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
Step 3
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 4
Heat oven to 350ºF. Roll out 1 disk on lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness; cut into 16 rounds with 2-1/2 inch cookie cutter, rerolling trimmings as necessary. Place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Step 5
Roll out remaining dough and cut into 16 rounds as directed. Use 1/2-inch round cookie cutter (or shape cutter) to cut out centres from rounds; remove and discard centre pieces (or bake along side of cookies). Place remaining cutouts on second parchment-covered baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake 10 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Step 7
Spread jam over whole cookies. Use fine-mesh strainer to evenly sprinkle icing sugar over remaining cookies; place, sugar sides up, over jam-topped cookies. Press together gently to secure.
