Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Step 2
Add ice; stir until jelly is slightly thickened. Remove and discard any unmelted ice.
Step 3
Stir strawberries into jelly; spoon evenly into 4 parfait glasses. Top with remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is firm.
