2-1/4 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. cold butter

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine 2-1/4 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat 1/4 cup butter and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; mix well. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in nuts.
Step 3
Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 4
Mix 1/3 cup flour and 3 Tbsp. sugar in medium bowl. Cut in 3 Tbsp. butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter.
Step 5
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 5 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Prepare batter as directed; spoon into 16 paper-lined muffin cups. Top with streusel mixture. Bake 22 to 24 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool slightly or to room temperature.
For Mini Loaves
Prepare batter as directed; pour into 5 (6x3-inch) foil pans sprayed with cooking spray. Top with streusel mixture. Bake 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Makes 15 servings.
