How to Use Leftover Bread
Use leftover bread to make bread crumbs or croutons. To make crumbs, process removed bread in food processor or blender until fine crumbs form. Or to make croutons, cut removed bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss with canola oil; spread onto bottom of shallow pan. Bake in 300ºF oven 20 to 30 min. or until bread cubes are crisp and lightly browned.
