4 cloves garlic, minced, divided

1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb./450 g), 1/2 inch thick

1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup

2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

2 tsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Mix oil, dry seasonings and half the garlic until blended; rub evenly onto both sides of steak. Let stand 15 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot sauce and remaining garlic in microwaveable bowl until blended. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until bubbly, stirring after 1 minute. Cool.
Step 3
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Grill steak 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), brushing with ketchup mixture for the last few minutes. Remove from barbecue; let stand 5 min.
Step 4
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Place spinach on platter; top with 1/2 cup chili sauce, meat and remaining chili sauce. Sprinkle with onions.
