Spray 8-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat. Add 1/3 cup egg mixture; tilt skillet to evenly cover bottom of skillet with egg mixture. Cover; cook 1 min. or until omelette is set and golden brown on bottom. Run spatula around edge of omelette to loosen from skillet; transfer to prepared springform pan. Top with 2 ham slices and 1/4 cup cheese.
