2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
8 slices deli smoked ham (1/2 lb./225 g)
2-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
2 green onions, sliced

Step 1
Heat oven to 325ºF.
Step 2
Spray 8-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
Step 3
Whisk eggs and Worcestershire sauce until blended.
Step 4
Spray 8-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat. Add 1/3 cup egg mixture; tilt skillet to evenly cover bottom of skillet with egg mixture. Cover; cook 1 min. or until omelette is set and golden brown on bottom. Run spatula around edge of omelette to loosen from skillet; transfer to prepared springform pan. Top with 2 ham slices and 1/4 cup cheese.
Step 5
Spray skillet with additional cooking spray; use to make second omelette. Place over cheese layer in springform pan; top with 2 Tbsp. chili sauce, 1/4 cup of the remaining cheese and 1 Tbsp. onions.
Step 6
Repeat with remaining egg mixture to make 7 additional omelettes, alternating omelette layers in pan with ham/cheese layers and chili sauce/cheese/onion layers. Top with remaining cheese; cover.
Step 7
Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.

Serve with warm homemade tea biscuits.
If you don't have an 8-inch springform pan, you can instead use a 9-inch round baking pan to prepare this recipe. Before using, line pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over side of pan; spray with cooking spray. Use to prepare recipe as directed. Let baked torte stand 10 min. Use foil handles to lift torte from pan before cutting to serve.
