Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centres, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. (Reserve centres for another use.) Cut shells crosswise in half.
Step 3
Place shells, skin-sides down, on baking sheet; brush insides with oil. Bake 15 min. or until golden brown.
Step 4
Microwave Cheez Whiz in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min., stirring after 1-1/2 min. Pour into potato shells; top with remaining ingredients.

Prepare as directed, substituting frozen waffle fries or french fries for the baked potato shells. Bake fries as directed on package. Place on serving plate. Serve topped with remaining ingredients.
Make Ahead
Having a party? Bake the potatoes the day before to save time on the day of the party. Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to use. Cut in half to prepare the potato shells, then continue as directed.
