1 smoked skinless bone-in ham (shank or butt-end portion) (7 lb./3.2 kg)
Place ham, fat side up, on rack in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray. Diagonally score surface of ham with tip of sharp knife; cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour.
Meanwhile, bring ketchup, honey, dressing and mustard to boil in saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring frequently; simmer over medium-low heat 5 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Remove and discard foil. Brush ham with 1/3 of ketchup mixture. Bake, uncovered, 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until heated through (140ºF), brushing with remaining ketchup mixture every 20 min.
Remove ham from oven; transfer to cutting board. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 15 min. before carving to serve.
