1/4 cup KRAFT Catalina Dressing
3 cups chopped peeled sweet potatoes (about 2 medium potatoes)
1 medium onion, sliced
2 medium apples, chopped
1 medium pear, chopped
1 bunch of fresh spinach leaves, washed, dried

Heat dressing in large frying pan on medium heat. Add sweet potatoes and onion; cook 10 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add apples and pears; cook 3 min, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Toss with spinach in large salad bowl. Serve immediately.
