2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 lb. (1.4 kg) sweet potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 pkg. (400 g) Jet-Puffed Marshmallows

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425º F.
Combine butter, sugar and spices in a small bowl. Pour over sliced potatoes in large bowl; toss to coat.
Place mixture in 9-inch baking dish; cover. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven. Turn oven to broil.
Top potatoes evenly with marshmallows and place 6-inches from broiler. Broil 1 min. or until toasted.
