1 large sweet potato (1/2 lb./225 g), peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
1/2 lb. (225 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
2 tsp. flour
1/4 cup water
1 cup frozen green beans

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Microwave potatoes in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 4 min. or until tender. Mash until smooth. Add cream cheese product; mix well.
Step 3
Brown meat with mushrooms and onions in dressing in large skillet; drain. Mix flour and water. Add to meat mixture; cook 2 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in beans; spoon into 2 (2-cup) ramekins sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with potato mixture.
Step 4
Bake 15 min. or until heated through.

Prepare as directed, adding 2 tsp. Lea & Perrnis Worcestershire Sauce to meat mixture in skillet before cooking as directed. Sprinkle baked casseroles with 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
