1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
dash crushed red pepper
4 boneless pork loin centre chops (1 lb./450 g)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup halved sugar snap peas
1 cup chopped sweet red peppers
1/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL each) Heinz Original Beans with Brown Sugar & Bacon
4 tsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
2 green onions, chopped

Step 1
Combine rosemary and crushed pepper; rub evenly onto chops.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chops; cook 5 min. on each side. (Chops will not be done.) Transfer chops to plate; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Add peas, sweet peppers and broth to skillet; stir to scrape any browned bits from bottom of skillet. Cover; cook 1 min. Add beans and vinegar; mix well. Add chops and any meat juices from plate. Simmer, covered, on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chops are done (160ºF).
Step 4
Sprinkle with onions.
