1 lb. ground chicken
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Honey Garlic Glaze Coating Mix
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 can (398 mL) drained crushed pineapple

How do I make it ?

Step 1
COMBINE ground chicken, 1/2 pouch coating mix, breadcrumbs and egg. Form into 24 meatballs. Shake in remaining coating mix.
Step 2
SPOON pineapple evenly over bottom of 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish. Arrange meatballs over pineapple and sprinkle with remaining coating mix.
Step 3
BAKE at 375°F (190°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
