COMBINE ground chicken, 1/2 envelope coating mix, breadcrumbs and egg. Form into 24 meatballs. Shake in remaining coating mix.
Step 2
SPOON pineapple onto bottom of 13 x 9-inch (3.5L) baking dish. Arrange meatballs over top pineapple. Sprinkle any remaining coating mix over meatballs.
