3 cups chopped mixed fresh vegetables (red peppers, broccoli, mushrooms)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on high heat 1 min. Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients; cook 2 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
