3/4 lb. (340 g) new potatoes, quartered
1 large sweet potato (3/4 lb./340 g), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 cup Miracle WhipCalorie-Wise Spread
1 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 slices reduced-sodium bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced

How do I make it ?
Add new potatoes to boiling water in large saucepan; cook 3 min. Add sweet potatoes; cook 10 min. or until all potatoes are tender. Drain potatoes; place in large bowl. Cool.
Mix Miracle Whip, mustard and pepper until blended. Add to potatoes with remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.

Extra-Spicy Potato Salad
If you like your potato salad extra spicy, increase cayenne pepper to 1/2 tsp.
New potato sizes can range from 1 to 2 inch. If using larger new potatoes, cut each into 6 pieces instead of into quarters before cooking as directed.
