2 pkg. (250 g each) Cracker Barrel Special Reserve Swiss Cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1-1/2 cups dry white wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, smashed
2 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard

How do I make it ?
Toss cheese with corn starch in medium bowl.
Bring wine, lemon juice and garlic just to boil in large saucepan on medium heat. Remove garlic with slotted spoon; discard.
Add cheese, in small batches, to wine mixture, cooking and stirring constantly after each addition 5 min. or until cheese is completely melted. Bring mixture to boil; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until thickened.
Stir in mustard.

Pour into fondue pot to keep warm while serving with crusty bread cubes and your favourite cut-up fresh vegetables.
Use alcohol responsibly.
Substitute chicken broth for the wine.
