1/2 cup milk
20 Ritz Crackers
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef, cooked, drained
1 container (500 g) cottage cheese
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chili-style diced tomatoes, drained
1 egg
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, divided
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup salsa
30 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
1-1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Marble Cheddar Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Pour milk over crackers in large bowl; let stand 2 min. or until crackers are softened. Add meat, cottage cheese, tomatoes, egg and 1/3 cup cilantro; mix well.
Step 3
Mix tomato sauce and salsa; pour 1/2 cup onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Fill each shell with 2 Tbsp. meat mixture; place in dish; top with any remaining meat mixture, tomato sauce mixture and shredded cheese. Cover.
Step 4
Bake 30 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
