Step 1
Spread cut sides of bread with cream cheese product.
Step 2
Cover bottom half of bread with lettuce; top with alternating layers of meat and Singles. Cover with tomatoes, cucumbers and top of bread.
Step 3
Cut into six pieces to serve.

Variation
Be creative with your toppings. Instead of topping with tomatoes and cucumbers, top with sliced green peppers, sliced red onions, pickled pepper rings, olives and/or pickles.
