1 bottle (350 mL) Renée's Tangy Thai Sauce
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground turkey
2 eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Bring sauce to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients just until blended; shape into 50 (1-inch) meatballs. Place on 2 parchment-lined rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Drizzle sauce over meatballs.
Step 5
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until meatballs are done (165ºF).
