4 cups water, divided
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb./450 g)
2 black tea bags
1 cup farro, uncooked, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1/2 red onion, cut into thin slices
1 Tbsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup frozen edamame (shelled), thawed
3/4 cup matchlike carrot sticks
1 avocado, sliced

Step 1
Bring 2 cups water to boil in large saucepan. Add chicken and tea bags; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
Step 2
Meanwhile, pour remaining water into electric pressure cooker. Add farro; close and lock lid. Turn Pressure Release Valve to Sealing position. Cook 10 min. using HIGH PRESSURE COOK setting. When timer goes off, use Natural Pressure Release for 5 min., then do a Quick Pressure Release to release any remaining pressure. Turn pressure cooker off. Slowly remove lid.
Step 3
Transfer chicken to cutting board; discard cooking liquid from saucepan. Cut chicken into thick slices. Toss chicken with dressing in medium bowl. Toss onions with vinegar in separate bowl.
Step 4
Spoon farro into 4 medium bowls; top with chicken, onions, edamame, carrots and avocados.

Bring 6 cups water to boil in large saucepan. Add farro; stir. Return to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until tender; drain.
