How do I make it ?

Step 1
Mix teriyaki sauce and garlic powder in large skillet. Gradually add water, stirring constantly until well blended. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
Step 2
Stir in rice, water chestnuts and broccoli; top with shrimp. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min.
Step 3
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
