1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb./450 g), cut into thin strips
2 cups drained canned pineapple chunks in juice
2 red peppers, cut into bite-size pieces

Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Pour 1/4 cup barbecue sauce mixture over meat in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat meat.
Step 2
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining barbecue sauce mixture until ready to use.
Step 3
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Drain meat; discard marinade. Thread meat onto 8 skewers alternately with pineapple and peppers.
Step 4
Grill 4 to 6 min. or until meat is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
