2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped black olives
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers

How do I make it ?
Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add olives and chili powder; mix well.
Refrigerate several hours.
Place drinking glass in centre of platter. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of cheese mixture around glass, just touching outer edge of glass, to form ring; smooth with back of spatula. Remove glass.
Sprinkle parsley over cheese mixture. Decorate with peppers to resemble wreath.
