1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) tomato sauce
2 tsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. each: chili powder and oregano leaves
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut in strips
2 cups each: diced zucchini and corn kernels
1 1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese, divided
Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and nacho chips

Step 1
COMBINE tomato sauce, lime juice and seasoning and heat over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in zucchini and corn and cook 2 more minutes.
Step 2
STIR in 1 cup (250 mL) of the cheese and heat until melted. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with nacho chips.
